Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for Religious Education, the ability to inspire critical thinking, and a deep commitment to pastoral care. You should also demonstrate:

• A good Honours degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a related field

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE with QTS or equivalent)

• Experience teaching RE at KS3–KS5, preferably in a high-achieving school

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

• A reflective and collaborative teaching style
