- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customer enquiries
- Providing administrative and operational support across the Service Centre
- Answering inbound calls and responding to queries professionally and efficiently
- Managing customer collections and handling problem shipments
- Maintaining a professional reception area and ensuring all visitors are greeted appropriately
- Using various IT systems to process documentation in line with company procedures
- Supporting compliance with health, safety, customs, and security regulations
- Identifying and reporting any potential security concerns or service issues
- Representing DHL with a high level of professionalism at all times
- Customer-service driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident handling face-to-face and telephone interactions
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks under pressure
- Proficient with IT systems and comfortable working across multiple applications
- A great team player who remains calm and professional in all situations
- Adaptable and open to new processes and ways of working
- Knowledge of operational or logistics environments
- Understanding of Dangerous Goods and customs procedures (preferred)
- Previous admin or front-of-house experience
- GCSEs in Maths and English
