Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting multiple experienced Plant Marshals to join a commercial construction site in Exeter. This is a 3 month contract offering the chance to work on high-quality commercial projects.
Key Duties
- Maintaining clear communication with drivers by using approved hand signals to safely guide vehicles on site.
- Ensuring the safety of workers, pedestrians, and drivers in and around the work area at all times.
- Carrying out duties in line with relevant legislation, site rules, and industry standards.
- Completing pre-use checks to identify potential hazards and ensure safe working conditions.
Requirements
Proven experience within the construction industry.
Plant Marshal Ticket
Reliable, consistent, and strong work ethic.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rate: 20-22 per hour (CIS available depending on ticket)
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
- PPE and tools provided at site
- Possible long term work available after first phase is complete
