Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
路Arrange service bookings and manage workshop schedules efficiently
路Ensure smooth workshop loading while attending to all customer requirements to the highest standard
路Advise customers on necessary works, upsell additional services, and promote special offers and Service Plans
路Provide excellent communication and support as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
路Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
路Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or similar DMS systems
路Experience in upselling services and promoting additional work
路Full manual UK driving license (subject to driving checks)
路Strong communication and organisational skills
