Red Snapper Recruitment are looking for a Rough Sleeper Prevention Worker to join our client on Perm. Our client is a charity that provides a range of services to people experiencing homelessness, domestic abuse, and other social issues in the South West of England.

Full time 37.5 hrs Permanent

£25,235 per year

Standard working pattern for this role is Tuesday - Saturday

Participation in an outreach rota

Office based in Central Exeter, Civic Centre and CoLab

Responsibilities:

Handle referrals and support individuals accessing emergency accommodation.

Complete needs and risk assessments for clients, leading to the delivery of support plans which meet individual client needs.

Empower a caseload of clients, identifying their strengths and goals, developing their skills, confidence and wellbeing.

Requirements:

Experience:

Experience working with individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.

A valid driving licence and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.

Participation in an outreach rota which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
