As a Housing Worker, you'll be the driving force behind their mission to provide safe, affordable, and inclusive housing solutions to individuals and families in need. Responsibilities:  
  • Experience in case management, social work, or a related field, with a strong understanding of housing and homelessness issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
  • Proficiency in navigating community resources and connecting clients with relevant support services
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex housing challenges
  • Commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work
Preferred Experience  
  • Previous experience working in the housing or social services sector
  • Relevant degree or certification in social work, counselling, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
