My client is a leading plant main dealer who is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor with fantastic customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner to work within their busy and well-established company.
The Service Controller job role:
- Organising engineers schedules
- Planning and the allocation of work to engineers
- Be present for the depot Audits/Checks
- Work with engineers to resolve technical issues
- Support the service team and manager to help with customer issues
- Schedule training needs for department
- Support the Service Manager with customers' end-to-end journey.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor needed
