About the RoleAs an MOT Tester, youll play a key role in our busy centre by carrying out MOT tests, vehicle servicing, and general repairs. Your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting MOT tests in line with DVSA standards and regulations
Performing mechanical repairs, including brakes, exhausts, suspension, and general servicing
Carrying out tyre fitting and using alignment equipment confidently
Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
Working in line with health & safety regulations at all times
Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation and wearing the correct company uniform
Youll be a crucial part of a high-performing team, ensuring every customer receives fast, safe and professional service.
About YouTo succeed in this MOT Tester role, you will need:
A valid and up-to-date MOT Testing Licence (essential)
Experience in vehicle servicing and repairs (tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, etc.)
Great customer service and communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence
A can-do attitude and the ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure
