- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently into Sage 200, ensuring all details are correct.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for order processing, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Track orders through the fulfillment process and provide updates to customers.Â
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders promptly.
- Generate regular reports on order status and performance metrics.
- Reception cover, meet and greet visitors.Â

- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in data entry and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
