Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Stradbroke Site
Hours: Monday to Friday (no nights) – up to 10pm on a shift system, overtime available

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at the Stradbroke Site. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. This is a full-time, day-shift role with the opportunity for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently maintain and repair electrical and mechanical plant equipment.

  • Carry out diagnostic and fault-finding procedures to resolve issues quickly.

  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure general upkeep of all machinery.

  • Respond to and resolve both electrical and mechanical breakdowns.

  • Support small projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-quality working environment.

About You:

  • Apprentice-trained or qualified in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Experience within a manufacturing, food, or FMCG environment is desirable.

  • Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards of safety and quality.

  • A team player who can also work independently when required.
