Key Responsibilities

Make timely and effective management decisions in line with the Suffolk Thresholds Document.
Lead a team of skilled practitioners and social workers within the MASH.
Ensure high-quality safeguarding triage and decision-making across multi-agency referrals.
Promote collaborative working with health, police, education, and other partners.
Drive performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
