Leading the teams on the factory floor — from mixing to filling — to keep everything safe, seamless and on schedule.

Keeping tabs on spend, efficiency and output so performance stays strong.

Working hand-in-hand with other departments so the whole operation feels joined up and customers get what they’re promised.

Experience in FMCG or other complex, step-by-step manufacturing.

A proven record of leading teams in regulated environments (BRC, ISO or similar).

Leadership that gets people on board because they want to, not just because they have to.

Cool-headed under pressure, practical, and ready to get involved directly when needed.
