Our fast-growing manufacturing client based in Fairford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team!
Trade Counter / Warehouse Operative Roles and Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Dealing with all customer queries
- Booking couriers ready for dispatch from the warehouse
- Data entry
- Stock control
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Ensuring all spreadsheets are updated regularly
- Doing regular stock takes and counts
- Helping within the warehouse at the end of each day to get all orders boxed up
Trade Counter / Warehouse Operative Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within a Customer Service role
- Good telephone skills
- Polite and professional at all times
Customer Service Advisor Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
