About the Role:

As a Teacher at our SEN school, you will plan, deliver, and assess creative, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of our pupils. You will work alongside a dedicated team of teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEN
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and external agencies
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
  • Ensure safeguarding and pupil welfare is maintained at all times

What We're Looking For:
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Child DBS on the update service
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential
