About the Role:

As a Teacher at our SEN school, you will plan, deliver, and assess creative, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of our pupils. You will work alongside a dedicated team of teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEN
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and external agencies
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
Ensure safeguarding and pupil welfare is maintained at all times
Contribute to school activities, events, and extra-curricular initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Eligibility to work in the UK
Child DBS on the update service
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential
A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A passion for ongoing professional development and inclusive education
