Stevenson Bros (Avonbridge) Ltd, an A.W. Jenkinson Group Company, are currently recruiting for additional LGV class one tramper drivers to join the team based from Avonbridge, Falkirk.
A long established family business, we are a specialist bulk haulier operating an exceptionally modern fleet of class one vehicles. The role will involve working with walking floor or tipper trailer combinations, delivering a large variety of bulk product throughout the UK.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with LGV C+E category (Class 1)
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- Valid DCPC & digital tachograph driver card
- Sound geographical knowledge and understanding of UK EU LGV drivers hours rules.
- Experience of bulk haulage is preferred although not essential as full training is provided.
- This role involves working away from home Monday to Friday, with the occasional requirement for working on a Saturday morning.
Please note, our trailer gantry and fall arrest systems have a 22 stone maximum weight limit.
