- Providing a high level of service to clients both on the phone and in the practice
- Arranging appointments and diary management
- Dealing with new business enquiries
- Utilise the Leap case management system
- Provide administrative support in relation to civil litigation
- Produce legal documents using Big Hand dictation
- File management
- Processing fees, invoices and taking payments
Profile
- Excellent telephone skills
- A welcoming and professional manner
- Experience as a receptionist in a professional firm
- Previous legal administrative experience particularly in dictation and producing legal documents
- A methodical and well organised approach to work
- Experience of using leap case management and Big Hand dictation would be advantageous but full training will be provided
