Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide compassionate and personalised support to individuals with learning difficulties in a supported living setting.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social outings.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
  • Adapt to the varying needs of residents and provide support that enhances their quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and participate in team meetings to discuss resident progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of UK experience in a similar support role.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning difficulties and in supported living environments.
  • Driving license preferred.
  • SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
