This expanding Restaurant Groups is looking for a General Manager in one of their Flagship Restaurants in Falmouth
This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to join a great restaurant group and manage their exciting all day casual dining concept in Falmouth. This is going to be a great place for a General Manager to work, where the Directors really know how to look after their people and have proven experience of creating incredibly successful casual and relaxed restaurant concepts.
The right General Manager must be passionate about service and know how to train and develop their team to deliver exceptional standards.
The right General Manager will have a proven track record of driving a restaurants sales internally and externally. The general Manager will know and how to work with in a company's set standards and work with company KPIs whether they be financial or operational.
What is most important to our client is that the General Manager has a really positive personality and has a passion for service and over delivering on their guests expectations.
Salary up to £48,000 per annum plus bonus & benefits.
