The ideal Head Chef candidate will:-
- Posses leadership skills to inspire and develop a dedicated kitchen team
- Create a menu which represent ingredients that are fresh and locally sourced.
- Ability to design and execute high-quality, beautiful dishes
- Experience of working as a Head Chef in a similar setting
