About the role:

Are you analytical with a strong understanding of financial systems and reporting? We are seeking aFP&A Analystto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering accurate financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and providing insights to support decision-making. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations and contribute to the streamlining of financial processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial reporting packs, including performance analysis against budget and prior year, with insightful commercial commentary on trading results.
  • Compile and present monthly Board reporting packs with accuracy and clarity.
  • Coordinate the planning and forecasting timetable across the Finance department, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Produce annual budget management information packs for both the Board and Executive Leadership Team
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor financial performance analysis to support benchmarking initiatives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with banking covenants and financial regulations.
  • Provide crucial support for the month-end close process across the Finance department.
  • Build proactive and collaborative relationships across the Finance team to deliver value-added insights into overall company performance.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting requirements to the Private Equity team at LDC.
  • Oversee the chart of accounts and facilitate the creation of new nominal codes as needed.
  • Maintain ownership of internal reporting frameworks that support financial month-end close activities.
  • Complete and submit accurate reports to the Office of National Statistics.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of growth initiatives implemented by the business.
  • Establish and execute monthly and quarterly refinancing processes.
