Reed Accountancy is working with a large business who are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their expanding team. 

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including credit control to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures and controls.

What you will need to succeed.

  • AAT Accountancy qualifications or working towards (minimum at level 3 AAT)
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
