The Job- Category 2 Driver (HGV2, LGV2, CAT C, Class 2) - Multi-Drop Delivery Driver
- Carry out timely and safe multi-drop deliveries to various locations, including commercial and residential addresses
- Load and unload goods, ensuring secure and safe handling of items
- Complete all required delivery paperwork and digital records accurately
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance issues
- Adhere to all driving regulations, including tachograph and Working Time Directive (WTD) compliance
- Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with clients and recipients
- Follow all company procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Navigate routes efficiently using a sat nav or route plan, adjusting as needed for traffic or delays
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Skills and Experience Required- Category 2 Driver (HGV2, LGV2, CAT C, Class 2) - Multi-Drop Delivery Driver
- Clean driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points permitted)
- Valid HGV2 / LGV2 / Class 2 licence (required)
- Positive and proactive working attitude
- Strong customer service skills, with experience dealing directly with end customers
- Previous experience as an HGV driver essential, with willingness to carry out multi-drop deliveries and perform heavy lifting
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have your own sat nav
