We're looking for a Civil Design Engineer in Fareham!

You'll be joining an independent, forward-thinking consultancy known for high-quality design, strong client partnerships and a supportive team culture. The Fareham office is growing and offers the chance to work closely with engineers, transport planners and environmental specialists on development-led infrastructure projects across the UK.
Role:
Working as part of an experienced Civil Engineering team, you will:
* Design development infrastructure including highways, drainage and site works
* Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies at early planning stages
* Deliver detailed design for S38 and S278 schemes
* Produce civil engineering drawings and models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
* Support earthworks strategies, utilities coordination and site feasibility work
* Liaise with clients, architects and planning teams throughout the design process
* Work on a mix of small, medium and large-scale developments across multiple sectors
Requirements:
Experience in development infrastructure design
Proficiency with Civil 3D and/or MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
Understanding of S38/S278 processes
Strong report writing and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
