Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 basic (DOE) + Overtime + Call-Out Payments
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Engineer looking to join a company that values its team and rewards hard work? The Role
You'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a range of fire and security systems, including:
Fire Alarms (Addressable and Conventional)
Intruder Alarms
CCTV Systems
Access Control
You'll work across a mix of commercial and domestic sites, ensuring systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
What's On Offer
Basic Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 (depending on experience)
Call-Out Rota: 1 week in 7 (approx.)
25 per day on call, double rate on weekends
Typical weekly call-out payment: 225
Overtime available to increase overall earnings
Company vehicle, tools, and fuel card provided
Ongoing training and career development
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience within fire and/or security system installation and servicing
Good working knowledge of systems such as Kentec, Advanced, Morley, Paxton, Hikvision, or Texecom
Full UK driving licence
Excellent fault-finding and communication skills
Flexible approach to work and call-out responsibilities
