Out There RPO are supporting our client to recruit a full timeCustomer Service Executiveto join their team in Fareham.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing help and advice to customers using your knowledge of the organisation's products or services.
- Support Account Management through proactively selling additional products and building on-going relationships with clients.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently using Oracle NetSuite system.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and letter.
- Agreeing product returns in consultation with the relevant Account Manager/Department.
- Ensure all customer experience information is captured in Oracle NetSuite system, providing details of feedback and opportunities to maximise potential revenue.
- Generate quotes to customer requirements using Oracle NetSuite.
- Learning about our products and keeping up to date with changes.
- Liaising with Operations regarding progress of all orders and informing customers of any late or incomplete deliveries.
- Ensure all customer experience information is captured in NetSuite system, providing details of feedback and opportunities to maximise potential revenue.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential.
- Experience in a sales support role is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Oracle NetSuite desirable.
- IT literate.
