We're looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Programmer with Fanuc control experience to join a high-performing team on a permanent basis.

The Role:
You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls to produce high-precision components to tight tolerances. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company at the forefront of its industry, offering stability and an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Programming CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
- Setting and operating machines to manufacture complex components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams
- Supporting continuous improvement and process optimisation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer
- Proficient with Fanuc controls
- Strong knowledge of precision engineering practices
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment
- Background in aerospace, defence, or medical manufacturing (preferred)
