The Role
- Take full technical and commercial responsibility for electrical building services projects from concept to completion.
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams and maintain close client relationships throughout project delivery.
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers, promoting best practice and professional development.
- Contribute to business development, including preparing fee proposals, attending client meetings, and supporting new opportunities.
- Provide input on strategic growth, design standards, and innovation across the practice.
About You
- Degree or HND in Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
- Significant experience in a consultancy environment with a proven track record in leading electrical design projects.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively working towards Chartership (CIBSE or IET).
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with a passion for quality design and sustainable engineering.
