As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness in the Highways Private Market , where you will be able to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.

We are looking for a methodical and process driven person to join our successful and welcoming Highways team on either our Highways Private Design. Join some of our top contract billers in these buoyant markets, surrounded by our consultants who are genuine market experts, making Matchtech a household name in the world of Highways.   

You’ll recruit for Civil 3D Designers, Highways Engineer, NEC3 Project Managers, Infrastructure Engineers and CAD technicians, whom are all critical at the design phase of Highways projects.

You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
