Finance Analyst - £33,000 to £45,000 - Hampshire

Are you a data-driven thinker with a passion for turning numbers into strategy? We're working with a fast-growing company that's looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with senior leadership and contributing directly to high-level financial planning and decision-making.

About the Role:

  • Building and maintaining financial models to forecast the impact of business changes.
  • Analysing large datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Creating clear, compelling reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and financial health.
  • Supporting ad-hoc analysis requests from the FP&A team and other departments.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to understand financial implications across the business.
  • Driving improvements in financial processes and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in an analytical role.
  • Strong SQL skills (Google BigQuery experience is a plus).
  • Proven experience in financial forecasting and modelling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Google Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Clear communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
