Leading a large accounts payable function in a shared service environment
Managing, motivating and developing a high-performing team
Conducting 1-1s and driving performance through effective KPI management
Ensuring compliance with policies and governance standards
Identifying and delivering process improvements across AP operations
Supporting system implementations and maintaining vendor records and AP controls

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role, such as Accounts Payable Manager / Purchase Ledger Manager / Ledger Supervisor / Finance Manager / Accounts Payable Team Leader / Accountant
Strong understanding of AP functions within a corporate or shared services setting
A people-first leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing large accounts payable teams
Ability to influence, drive change, and continuously improve processes
