  • Leading a large accounts payable function in a shared service environment
  • Managing, motivating and developing a high-performing team
  • Conducting 1-1s and driving performance through effective KPI management
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and governance standards
  • Identifying and delivering process improvements across AP operations
  • Supporting system implementations and maintaining vendor records and AP controls
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Accounts Payable Manager / Purchase Ledger Manager / Ledger Supervisor / Finance Manager / Accounts Payable Team Leader / Accountant
  • Strong understanding of AP functions within a corporate or shared services setting
  • A people-first leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing large accounts payable teams
  • Ability to influence, drive change, and continuously improve processes
