TPF Recruitment is pleased to be representing a leading firm of chartered accountants based in Whiteley. This highly respected firm provides a full suite of accounting and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. They are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services.The Role:As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with Partners and Directors to drive the firm’s tax strategy while supporting the development of junior staff.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee corporate tax compliance for a varied client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporates.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, identifying opportunities for tax efficiencies and risk mitigation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing training and guidance to ensure their development.
  • Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
  • Assist with HMRC enquiries and negotiations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide a seamless service to clients.
  • Drive business development initiatives, supporting the growth of the firm’s tax services.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant corporate tax experience in practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
Benefits
  • Salary circa £55,000 - £67,000 depending on experience and qualification status.
