Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our clients warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, operating forklifts safely, and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and organise goods within the warehouse
- Manage materials handling tasks, including stacking and storing items appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to uphold safety standards
- Support other warehouse duties as required, including manual lifting of heavy items when necessary
Experience
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a busy warehouse environment
- Counterbalance licence required.
- Experience in materials handling, shipping, and receiving processes
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Hours
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Temp to Perm Contract
