My client are a materials supplier based in Fareham who are looking to recruit an Indian speaking Sales Support/ Internal sales officer to join the team. This would suit someone at an Apprentice level or someone who is looking for their first step on the career ladder. Full training will be provided.

Key accountabilities

• Inputting orders
• Liaising between warehouse/sales
• Filing
• Providing support to the admin department
• Liaising with UK and Indian export teams
• Answering phone calls/taking messages - selling won't be expected

Essential Skills

• It is essential that you are fluent in both English and Indian language - Spoken and written. Preference Hindi or Kannada
• Pro-actively seeks out opportunities
• Adopts different sales tactics as necessary
• Able to build relationships, adapting self to different personalities
• Communicates information clearly and listens actively
• Understands computer systems and works within the company's procedures.
• Enters orders accurately and on time, recording customer information in an organised manner
