PSR Solutions is seeking a qualified and reliable Scaffolder to support an ongoing project in Whiteley on behalf of our client. This role offers consistent work through an agency contract with competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently according to project requirements
- Inspect scaffolding equipment and report any defects or hazards
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors, other tradespeople, and team members to meet deadlines
- Ensure all scaffolding work complies with health and safety regulations, including site-specific guidelines
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean and organise work site
- Follow company and site-specific procedures for safe working practices at all times
Requirements:
- Valid CISRS card (Part 1, Part 2, Advanced, or equivalent qualification)
- Proven scaffolding experience on commercial or construction sites
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations related to scaffolding
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Own personal protective equipment (PPE) and basic scaffolding tools
- Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude
- Physically fit to handle manual labour and repetitive tasks safely
