Location: Fareham, Hampshire, UK

We're a global leader in helicopter engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul, dedicated exclusively to supporting rotorcraft propulsion systems. Our UK site in Fareham serves as a European centre of excellence, supporting customers around the world across both rotary and fixed wing sectors.

We're looking for a skilled Gas Turbine Technician to join our Maintenance Centre Military (MCM) team. If you thrive in a high-quality, precision-focused environment and want to work on advanced helicopter engines, this could be your next great opportunity.



What you'll be doing:

As a Gas Turbine Technician, you'll be responsible for Level 1 to 3 maintenance activities on the RTM322 engine, either at our Fareham facility or occasionally at customer sites. You'll play a key role in engine servicing and quality assurance, helping us meet fast turnaround targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on gas turbine engines

  • Producing detailed engine reports and accurate release documentation

  • Ensuring consistently high standards of quality

  • Contributing to on-time delivery and meeting corporate turnaround goals



What you'll bring:

  • Recognised apprenticeship or higher education in Mechanical Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years' mechanical engineering experience post-apprenticeship

  • Working knowledge of MRP 145

  • Experience with engine families including Arriel, Arrius, Makila, and RTM322

  • Proficiency in borescope inspection of gas turbine engines
