We are seeking a temporary HR Advisor to join our clients team in Fareham. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in employee relations and managing complex staff relations casework, including grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term absence. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to provide high-level advice, support, and guidance.

  • Temporary 6 week Contract
  • Starting in June
  • Full time hours Monday - Friday
  • Hybrid working available after initial induction/training. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide expert advice and support on a range of HR issues, particularly focusing on employee relations and complex staff relations casework.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to offer guidance and implement HR best practices.
  • Manage cases involving grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term absences effectively and sensitively.
  • Initially, work on-site for induction and to integrate with the team, with the potential to move to hybrid working.
  • Occasionally visit other services as required to support HR functions and ensure compliance with organisational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Expertise in managing complex HR casework.
  • Ability to provide high-level HR advice and support to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
