We are seeking a temporary HR Advisor to join our clients team in Fareham. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in employee relations and managing complex staff relations casework, including grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term absence. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to provide high-level advice, support, and guidance.

- Full time hours Monday - Friday
- Hybrid working available after initial induction/training.Â
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide expert advice and support on a range of HR issues, particularly focusing on employee relations and complex staff relations casework.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to offer guidance and implement HR best practices.
- Manage cases involving grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term absences effectively and sensitively.
- Initially, work on-site for induction and to integrate with the team, with the potential to move to hybrid working.
- Occasionally visit other services as required to support HR functions and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR advisory role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Expertise in managing complex HR casework.
- Ability to provide high-level HR advice and support to key stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
