CMA Recruitment group are working with a family focused and friendly business who are looking for a proactive HR professional looking for a part-time opportunity within a supportive, professional environment? This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and compliance.What will the HR Co-ordinator role involve:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage administration of the recruitment process, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, preparing offer packs and contracts.
  • Training Administration: Book training courses, update CPD records, and track training budgets.
  • HR Administration & Support: Attend HR meetings as a note-taker. Maintain HR databases and personnel files, including updates related to flexible working, occupational health, and contractual changes.
  • Employee Relations: Support sickness monitoring and administer the Individual Performance Review (IPR) process and support employee development tracking.

Suitable Candidate for the HR Co-ordinator vacancy:

  • Previous experience in a busy HR administration or coordinator role within a professional services business (Accountancy/Financial Advisory/ Architectural/ legal)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
