Role Summary
We are seeking a senior-level recruiterwith proven 360 experience in the water, utilities, or environmental sectors. You will step directly into a warm, established desk with strong client relationships, steady job flow, and huge scope for further growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established permanent recruitment desk within the water sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates with sector relevant skills and experience
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and consultancy to clients and candidates
- Contribute to business development, tendering, and account expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
What we are looking for
- Experience: 360 recruitment background within water, utilities, environmental, or related technical sectors
- Proven success managing a busy desk and developing client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and market understanding
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- A growth mindset and passion for delivering high quality recruitment solutions
