Senior Site Manager - 30M Student Accommodation - Southampton

I am currently working with a respected regional contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager for an exciting 30M student accommodation project in Southampton.

This Tier 2 contractor has a proven track record across sectors such as Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Residential, and is known for delivering high-quality projects with a strong pipeline of future work.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Day-to-day management of site operations on a 30M student accommodation scheme

  • Overseeing subcontractors, site staff, and health & safety compliance

  • Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure programme and quality standards are met

  • Valid CSCS card

  • SMSTS certification

  • First Aid qualification
