About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Administration Manager to join our dynamic Fire & Security department in Fareham. This is a key leadership role focused on overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring departmental efficiency, compliance, and exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of administrative professionals

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for admin roles

  • Ensure company standards and best practices are maintained across the team

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all processes comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations

  • Maintain and monitor compliance in alignment with NSI Gold standards

Cross-Departmental Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments to streamline operations

  • Promote clear communication and collaboration to achieve business goals

Customer Service:

  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly

  • Foster a customer-first culture throughout the team

Project & Operational Support:

  • Support project planning and delivery, including scheduling and resource coordination

  • Track project progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Produce and present regular reports on team performance and administrative activities

  • Monitor and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an administration or office management role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (NSI Gold experience is a plus)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative software
