Here at Keyman we are recruiting on a contract basis for a ConstructionProjectManager to oversee constructionprojectsfrominitiationtocompletion,ensuringtheyarecompletedontime,withinbudget,andtotherequiredqualitystandards.
KeyResponsibilities

ProjectPlanning:Developdetailedprojectplans,includingtimelines,resourceallocation,andbudgetmanagement.

BudgetManagement:Monitorprojectexpensesandensurethattheprojectstayswithintheallocatedbudget.

TeamCoordination:Leadandcoordinatetheworkofvariousteams,includingsubcontractors,suppliers,andconstructionworkers.

RegulatoryCompliance:Ensurethatallconstructionactivitiescomplywithlocal,state,andfederalregulations,includingsafetyandenvironmentalstandards.

Communication:Serveastheprimarypointofcontactbetweenclients,stakeholders,andtheprojectteam,providingregularupdatesonprojectstatusandaddressinganyissuesthatarise.

QualityControl:Conductregularinspectionstoensurethatworkmeetsqualitystandardsandspecifications.

ProblemSolving:Identifypotentialissuesandimplementsolutionstokeeptheprojectontrack.
