We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients thriving construction business. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist with pricing, tendering, and estimating, while managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Pricing and tender submissions.
• Manage estimates and cost plans.
• Handle valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Ensure projects remain commercially viable and delivered on time.

The Role:

• Mainly office based in Fareham, with occasional lengthy travel to site.
• Quantity Surveyor background in either civils, groundworks, demolition or similar.
• Strong knowledge of commercial management and tendering.
• Ability to manage projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
