Quantity Surveyor

• Salary: 45,000 to 65,000 (DOE)
• Location: 2 days per week in the Portsmouth office with UK wide travel and hybrid working

• Full commercial and contractual responsibility for multiple envelope and cladding remediation projects
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, CVRs and project cash flows
• Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations and final accounts
• Negotiate contract terms and manage risk and cost exposure
• Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned to project progress
• Liaise with project teams, senior management and external stakeholders
• Frequent site visits across the UK, with up to 2 days per week in the Portsmouth office

• 5 plus years experience in facade, cladding or external envelope related surveying
• Strong technical, contractual and commercial understanding
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Self motivated with the ability to work across multiple live projects
• Based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth and willing to travel nationwide
