Copello has partnered with an established Engineering business to recruit a Requirements Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The role is based out of Whiteley but offers flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
The Requirements Manager will support the Systems Engineering team and requires experience managing requirements in real-time, safety-critical environments.
Candidates should have an engineering degree or equivalent qualification and will receive a salary of up to £70K plus benefits.
The position involves collaboration across teams and managing the requirements lifecycle, making it essential for applicants to have strong knowledge of DOORS.

KeyResponsibilities:

Define,manage,andmaintainrequirementsbaseline,includingcontractualchanges
Overseethedecompositionandallocationofsystemrequirementsacrossthebusiness
DevelopandmaintaintheRequirementsStrategyandensurefulltraceability
ManageVerificationCrossReferenceMatrix(VCRM)andV&VevidenceinDOORS
Supportchangeimpactassessmentsandcontractnegotiations
Provideregularmetricsonrequirementsacceptanceprogress
ActasaDOORSexpert,offeringtrainingandguidancecompany-wide

EssentialSkills&Experience:

Engineeringdegreeorequivalentqualification
Experiencemanagingrequirementsinreal-time,safety-criticalenvironments
StrongknowledgeofDOORS,includingDXLscriptingandITsupportstructures
BackgroundinsystemsengineeringandV&Vprocesses
Proventrackrecordoncomplex,multi-siteprogrammes
