Job Summary

The Mobile Response Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of designated premises through proactive surveillance and rapid response to incidents. This position requires a vigilant individual who can effectively monitor environments, respond to emergencies, and implement loss prevention strategies. The Mobile Response Officer will be expected to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to alarm activations within a one-hour timeframe, demonstrating efficiency and professionalism.
  • Conduct locking and unlocking procedures at customers' sites, guaranteeing their safety and security.
  • Perform regular foot patrols of clients' premises to identify and address any potential security risks.
  • Collaborate closely with our 24-hour control room, receiving tasks such as alarm activations and completing hourly check calls.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid full UK manual driving license with no more than 3 points.
  • Hold a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license. Candidates without an SIA license will not be considered.
  • Comfortable and confident working night shifts with long distances driving in all weather conditions.
  • Exhibit strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
