Stores person Fareham
A well established Engineering company based on the South Coast is currently recruiting for a Stores Person to join their team in Fareham.
As Stores Operative you will be solely responsible for the stores department and you will be responsible for;
- Picking, collation and presentation of stock parts to the workshop staff for assembly
- Ensuring that all Goods-in paperwork is present and correct
- Updating systems accordingly for all parts entering and leaving the Stores
- Creating packaging and labelling that is required for products to be shipped
- Ensure all parts are ready for shipping to include; rustban, sealing, boxing, labelling
- You will maintain a clean, tidy and orderly stores department
- Dealing with all deliveries to include tube and bar supply
- Receiving and checking all goods-in arrivals to specification sheets and delivery notes
What you will have;
- Previous experience in an Engineering stores environment
- You will have an enthusiastic and can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and able to work collaboratively with the team
- Ideally you will have experience of ERP/MRP systems
