Sonic Summary

The job requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with Asite experience.
The main responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for support and coaching for client teams, designers, and subcontractors.
Candidates will be tasked with validating, checking, and curating all project documentation for the Common Data Environment (CDE).
Additionally, the role involves preparing status reports on various workflows and maintaining project file naming protocols.
The salary for this position is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process.

Your day to day will include:

Act as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors
Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval
Configuration and preparation of status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards
Ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols withthe information manager and project team.
