About the Role:

As the Senior MEP Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a vital role in the early phases of high-profile projects, ensuring MEP design, procurement, programme integration, and commissioning strategies are aligned for successful delivery. • Support the production of high-quality tender submission materials.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and perform due diligence on proposed subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' MEP project management experience with a strong preconstruction track record.
  • Mechanical or electrical bias, ideally degree or HNC qualified in Building Services or related discipline.
