Job Description: General Duties Assistant (GDA)

Contract: 6 months - ongoing
Employment Type: Full-Time (37 hours/week)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, between 8am-8pm (flexible shifts)
Pay Rate: 15.54 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a General Duties Assistant (GDA) to support our client in London. This role involves visiting client sites, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, but basic IT skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Site Documentation & Data Management
- Conduct site visits to residential, commercial, and industrial properties(65 locations across London).
- Record and maintain accurate site documentationand asset lists.
- Create technical drawingsusing Microsoft Visio (training provided).
- Ensure proper document controland filing systems.
General Duties
- Perform stock controland general housekeeping
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach when interacting with clients.
- Follow health & safety protocolsand company policies.
Administrative Support
- Submit timely reports and updates.
- Organize and manage site-related paperwork.
Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Full UK driving license(mandatory).
- Basic IT proficiency(training on Visio provided).
- Strongcommunication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable Attributes
- Some low-level mechanical/electrical knowledge(beneficial but not required).
- Flexibility to work indifferent weather conditions.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to deadlines.
