A market-leading, innovative Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a confident Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its growing London office. The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll take charge of a varied and exciting portfolio of residential developments, overseeing cost management from acquisition through to completion. You'll lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and act as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.

This is more than just a delivery role - you'll be instrumental in driving growth, enhancing client relationships, and expanding the consultancy's presence within the cost management space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading multiple residential projects across all RIBA stages
  • Delivering expert cost advice from pre to post contract
  • Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting team development
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contributing to business development and strategic initiatives

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in managing teams and multiple projects
  • MRICS ideally
  • A track record of developing and nurturing talent
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent pre & post contract experience & a successful track record leading projects to completion
